Legal Status of the Property
The 2.76-acre Sector 54 land parcel has been secured by Godrej Properties, confirmed through an e-auction allotment letter in December 2023. The project has clear legal standing, with Haryana RERA registration granted on 8 November 2024 under RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/883/615/2024/110.
Approvals and Sanctions
The building plan is sanctioned by the Town & Country Planning Department under approval dated 30 August 2024, for the development across 2.76 acres of freehold land. The project is registered with Haryana RERA. The land is held under allotment memo ZO002/EO018/UE029/GALOT/0000001408 issued by HSVP, and is owned outright by Godrej Properties Limited as owner-licensee, with no joint development agreement.
