Roles we hire for

Property advisor and sales. Understand what each buyer needs, suggest the right projects, and guide them from the first call to the booking. This is our main real estate sales role in Bangalore.
Site visit and client relations. Take buyers on site visits, show them the homes and the neighbourhood, and stay in touch until they decide.
Research and content. Collect project details, prices, approvals and location facts, and turn them into clear pages that buyers can trust.
Marketing. Plan and run campaigns that bring home buyers to us, and track what works.

Who we are looking for

People who like talking to customers and can explain things simply and honestly.
Good knowledge of Bangalore's localities, or the drive to learn them fast.
Comfort with phone calls, WhatsApp and basic computer tools.
Kannada, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu along with English is a plus for advisor roles.

Freshers are welcome for advisor and site visit roles. Experience in real estate, banking or sales helps, but it is not a must.

A day as a property advisor

Most days start with calls to buyers who enquired on our website, to understand what they need. You then suggest projects that fit, share price lists and floor plans, and plan site visits.

Part of the day is often on site, showing a family the sample flat, the amenities and the neighbourhood. Back at the desk, you follow up, answer questions, and work with the developer's team when a buyer is ready to book.

You learn a lot quickly: how prices differ across localities, how payment plans and home loans work, and what makes one project better than another for a particular family.
