Buying from Brigade Group in Bangalore gives you a wide choice: apartments, villas, plotted layouts and some office space, across most sides of the city. The north is its busiest patch, with launches at Devanahalli, Bagalur, Budigere Cross, Jakkur and Yelahanka. The east covers Whitefield, Varthur and Old Madras Road, and the south takes in Kanakapura Road, Mysore Road and Hosur Road. Stages run from homes finished more than a decade ago to towers with possession listed from 2030.

Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Bengaluru, the builder has more completed projects than ongoing ones in our records. Its townships show the scale it works at: Brigade Orchards at Devanahalli covers about 130 acres, and Brigade Meadows on Kanakapura Road about 60. Brigade Utopia at Varthur plans for about 4,000 homes. Handovers in our records stretch from 2014 to 2025, so there is plenty of finished work to visit.

For an under-construction Brigade home, the checks are the usual ones, done carefully. Note the Karnataka RERA number of the specific phase, since large sites may be registered in separate parts. Compare the possession date in your agreement with the RERA filing; Brigade Granada in Whitefield, for example, lists 2030 onwards. Ask for a cost sheet that shows parking, club, maintenance deposit and GST, not only the base rate.

Prices in our records start at about Rs. 39 Lakhs for a small home on Mysore Road and climb past Rs. 4 Crore for large Whitefield apartments and Devanahalli villas. Brigade Insignia in Yelahanka, from about Rs. 3.59 Crore, belongs at the upper end. First-time buyers can still find a 1 or 2 BHK, plot buyers have Devanahalli and Malur, and families moving up can choose 4 BHK homes or villas.
