Visit a completed Shriram community near the one you are considering and ask residents how the handover went against the promised date. Several projects are marketed under codenames, so confirm that the RERA number on your agreement matches the exact phase and tower. Ask for a full cost sheet with parking, club fees and GST shown separately.

The price range covers almost every budget. Plot buyers can start at about Rs. 25 Lakhs at Chirping Ridge in Malur, while compact 2 BHK flats in the southern projects begin in the Rs. 33 Lakhs to Rs. 57 Lakhs band. Mid-budget family buyers will compare Codename Smash Hit in Yelahanka and The Poem by Shriram in Jalahalli, both under Rs. 1 Crore at entry.

At the top end, Shriram Esquire in Koramangala offers 3 and 4 BHK homes from about Rs. 3.16 Crore, a pick for buyers who want a central address. First-time buyers and investors will find more choice in the south, where ongoing towers at Bommasandra list possession from December 2028.
