These Terms & Conditions apply when you use bangaloreprop.com. By using the website or sending an enquiry, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About us

This website is owned and run by BANGALORE PROP ("Bangaloreprop", "we", "us"), a real estate agent. Our office is at 1st Floor, 13/1, Lakshmi Krupa, 18th Cross, 37th F Cross Road, 4th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore 560041.

We are registered as a real estate agent under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016:

  • Karnataka RERA: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/171127/000886
  • Tamil Nadu RERA: TN/Agent/0194/2024
  • Telangana RERA: A02400003201
  • Maharashtra RERA: A051262400745

2. What this website is

Bangaloreprop helps home buyers find and compare new projects, and connects them with developers. We are not a developer, and this is not the official website of any project unless we say so clearly.

Project names, logos and brands belong to their developers. We show them only to describe the projects we can help you with.

3. Project information is indicative

We work hard to keep project details correct and up to date. Still, prices, offers, floor plans, sizes, amenities, possession dates and approvals can change at any time, often without notice to us.

  • Images, walkthroughs and plans may be artist's impressions and not the final product.
  • Prices may not include taxes, registration, parking, club membership or other charges.
  • Possession dates are the developer's estimates and can move.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a promise or a guarantee. Before you pay or sign anything, please check every detail with the developer, the sale agreement and the project's RERA registration on the state RERA website.

4. Using our enquiry forms

When you send an enquiry through this website, you confirm that the details you give are your own and are correct. By ticking the consent box and sending the form, you agree that:

  • BANGALORE PROP may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, and about other projects that may suit you.
  • We may contact you even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call register (NCPR/DND), because you asked us to.
  • We may share your name, phone number, email and enquiry with the developer of the project you asked about, or its authorised sales team, who may also contact you about it.
  • If you ask for home loan help, we may share your details with banks and home loan partners, who may contact you about loans.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to info@bangaloreprop.com. We will then stop contacting you and tell the developer or bank we shared your details with.

5. Our fees

Our help to home buyers is free. We do not charge buyers brokerage on projects booked through us, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing before you book.

6. Your use of the website

You may use this website to look for a home for yourself, your family or your business. You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape or download our content or listings in bulk, by hand or with software, without our written permission.
  • Send false enquiries, pretend to be someone else, or send spam through our forms.
  • Try to break into, overload or disrupt the website or its servers.
  • Use the website in any way that breaks the law.

We may block access to anyone who misuses the website.

7. Our content

The text, design, layout, photographs we took, graphics and software on this website belong to BANGALORE PROP or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

If you believe something on our website uses your content without permission, write to us and we will look into it promptly.

8. Links to other websites

Our pages may link to developer websites, RERA portals, maps, videos and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Limits of our responsibility

We provide this website "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or free of viruses.

To the extent the law allows, BANGALORE PROP is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on information on this website, or from the acts of developers, banks or other third parties. Your purchase is an agreement between you and the developer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date and version at the top will change, and the new version applies from then on.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this website or these terms.
