Buying from Salarpuria Sattva Group in Bangalore gives you a very wide field to choose from. Salarpuria Sattva Group projects run from Devanahalli and Yelahanka in the north to Kanakapura Road and Hosur Road in the south. Most are apartments, with plotted layouts and a few row houses and villas as well.

The builder has a long record in the city, and most of its projects on our list are complete. For completed homes, confirm the occupancy certificate and ask the owners' association about maintenance charges and the state of shared facilities. With so many finished projects, resale homes are easy to find, and comparing a few gives you a fair sense of prices in each area.
