This arterial leads out of the city towards the national park that shares its name, and the forest keeps a green edge close to town. Along the way you pass the Meenakshi temple, IIM Bangalore and a string of big hospitals. Those institutions keep a steady flow of staff looking for homes nearby, which gives housing here a broad base of buyers and tenants. Flats in Bannerghatta Road draw buyers who work in healthcare and education as well as IT.

Apartments make up almost everything listed, with a few villa and plotted projects for those who want land. Among the newest are Godrej Vanantara and Arvind Skycrest, both launched recently with possession from 2031. Sobha Magnus, Lodha Azur and Prestige Southern Star are under construction.
