Buying from Sobha Limited in Bangalore gives you a choice almost anywhere in the city. In the east, Panathur Road, Whitefield and Sarjapura Road hold its biggest communities. The north has Thanisandra, Hennur Road, Jakkur and Devanahalli, while Banashankari, Kanakapura Road and Bannerghatta Road cover the south. Apartments dominate, but Sobha also sells villas, row houses and plotted layouts.

The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Bengaluru. Its city record is long: Sobha City in Thanisandra, Sobha Dream Acres on Balegere Road and Sobha Palladian in Yemalur were all handed over by 2017. Sobha Oakshire in Devanahalli, for instance, lists separate dates for each phase. Ask for a cost sheet with parking, club fees and GST in separate lines.

Prices span a very wide band. Compact 1 and 2 BHK homes start near Rs. 35 Lakhs to Rs. 90 Lakhs at communities such as Dream Acres, Dream Gardens and Town Park on Hosur Road. Mid-budget families will compare Sobha Victoria Park on Hennur Road and the Hoskote township, priced a little above Rs. 1 Crore.

At the top end, Sobha Infinia Phase 2 in Koramangala and Sobha Altair on Sarjapura Road start above Rs. 3.5 Crore. Villa buyers can look at the triplex homes of Sobha Crystal Meadows, listed from about Rs. 10.6 Crore. Plot buyers have Sobha Sacred Grove at Chikka Tirupathi, from about Rs. 96 Lakhs.
