Buying from Godrej Properties in Bangalore gives you more choice of place and stage than almost any other builder. Their homes spread from Yelahanka, Hebbal and Devanahalli in the north to Whitefield and Hoskote in the east, and down to Sarjapura Road, Electronic City and Kanakapura Road. The list covers finished flats, towers under construction, fresh launches, plotted layouts, villas and row houses.

The company has handled property for the Godrej group since 1990, and its head office is in Mumbai. The Bangalore record leans heavily towards delivered work. Godrej E City in Electronic City was completed in December 2016, and Godrej Eternity on Kanakapura Road in July 2019. Godrej Reserve Plots in Devanahalli, on about 92.7 acres, has been handed over. Ongoing projects include Godrej Tiara in Yeshwanthpur and Godrej MSR City Apartments in Devanahalli, both due from 2030.

Because Godrej runs so many launches, treat each one separately. Look up the RERA registration and filed completion date of the exact phase you are offered. Plan names such as Premium, Luxe and Comfort mark different sizes, so compare carpet areas, not labels. Ask for the full cost sheet, including parking, club, maintenance deposit and GST. For the plotted layouts, ask for the approved layout plan and when roads and services will be complete. Some of their larger campuses hold more than a thousand homes, so ask how many share each lift and amenity.

Starting prices run from about Rs. 24.99 Lakhs to about Rs. 5.40 Crore. Studios and 1 BHK flats in Devanahalli and Electronic City suit first-time buyers and investors. The 2 BHK and 3 BHK plans in Whitefield and on Sarjapura Road fit working families. The luxury flats in Yelahanka and Indiranagar, and the row houses in Whitefield, are for buyers with a bigger budget.
