Prestige Forest Hills has four plans, two with three bedrooms and two with four. The smaller plan of each type is called Opulence and the larger one Splendor. Sizes start from the figures listed below:

The 3 BHK Opulence has a rectangular living and dining room with a sundeck off the living room, and it faces east and west. The 3 BHK Splendor adds an entry foyer, an L-shaped living and dining space and a powder room for guests. Both 4 BHK plans have a deck off the living room, and the Splendor adds private decks to two bedrooms.
Many of the homes face the forest, with Yogi Hills in view from the decks. Views change from one apartment to the next, so the floor and facing matter when choosing a home.
Prestige Forest Hills Amenities
Prestige Forest Hills has more than 50 amenities spread across a multi-level clubhouse, a pool deck, a sports arena and an open E-deck of lawns. The main groups are listed below:

Prestige Forest Hills Phase 1 is registered with MahaRERA as P51800077457, granted on 16 August 2024. The promoter is Prestige Mulund Realty Private Limited, and the registration covers 663 homes. Its completion date has moved from 31 December 2030 to 30 April 2031.
The second phase is registered as PR1181012600556, granted on 27 May 2026, with 500 homes and completion due by 31 July 2032. Both numbers and their progress reports can be checked on the MahaRERA portal.
Prestige Forest Hills Construction Status
Prestige Forest Hills is under construction in two phases, and Phase 1 was registered almost two years before Phase 2. By October 2026, 264 of the 663 Phase 1 homes had been booked.
