Prestige Glenwood is developed by Prestige Estates Projects Limited, a developer listed on the BSE and NSE and known for clear-title, compliant projects. Its statutory approvals are in place and the project is RERA registered, with the current status set out below.
Legal Status of the Property
The 15-acre Budigere Cross land parcel has been secured by Prestige Group, confirmed through a regulatory filing in October 2012. The project has clear legal standing, with Karnataka RERA registration granted on 21 October 2018 under PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/211008/004353.
Approvals and Sanctions
The building plan is sanctioned by the Local Planning Authority under plan number BDA/TP/LA/116/2012-13, approved on 15 May 2012, with an FAR of 0.750 across 60,702 sq m of land. The single phase is registered with Karnataka RERA. The land is held on A Khatha issued by the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, and is owned outright by Prestige Estates Projects Limited by sale, with no joint development agreement.
Home Loan Support
The sales team assists buyers with home loan guidance. With the project RERA registered, banks can process sanction and disbursement against the registered project record.
Documentation
Buyers receive the project documents at the appropriate stages, from the sale agreement at booking to the registration documents on handover. The approved plan and RERA registration are on public record and can be verified on the Karnataka RERA portal.
