Prestige Hillside Gateway is a ready-to-move apartment and villa project by Prestige Group in Kakkanad, Kochi. It was built in a joint venture with the Palal group on Infopark Road, and it shares a 12.56-acre township with a shopping mall. The homes take up about 9.35 acres, split between six apartment towers and a cluster of 27 villas.
The six towers hold 602 apartments, from compact one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom homes with a maid's room. Prestige has sold the whole apartment stock, so flats now change hands only on resale. The four-bedroom villas are still on offer, with prices from Rs. 5 Crore and a private lift in every home. A three-storey clubhouse, a pool and landscaped walks serve both parts of the campus.
