Prestige Neptune Courtyard is at Goshree Bridge, Marine Drive, Kochi 682018, at the northern end of the city's waterfront. The plot faces the backwater on its west and north sides, looking across the channel toward Bolgatty island. Homes in the wider Marine Drive area share the same short run into central Ernakulam.

The Goshree bridges begin close by and link the mainland to Bolgatty, Vallarpadam and Vypin, with the container terminal on Vallarpadam. The High Court of Kerala, the Marine Drive walkway and the shops of Broadway are a few minutes away by car.
