Prestige Siesta RERA and Approvals
Prestige Siesta is registered with MahaRERA under number P51800005285, granted on 11 August 2017. Prestige Mulund Realty Private Limited holds it as promoter. The original completion date of 30 December 2023 was later extended to 30 June 2025.
Prestige took the project over in 2021 through a resolution plan approved by the NCLT, which the homebuyers' association also backed. For a resale flat, ask the seller for the registered agreement, the society share papers and the occupancy certificate.
Prestige Siesta Construction Status
Prestige Siesta is complete, and MahaRERA shows its status as completed. Prestige Group set possession for December 2024 and now marks every home as sold. Other parts of The Prestige City, such as Prestige Forest Hills, are still being built around the tower.
