Prestige Valley Crest was registered with Karnataka RERA in two phases. Phase I, Tower 2 with 260 homes, carries PRM/KA/RERA/1257/334/PR/171014/000388. Phase II, Tower 1 with 250 homes, carries PRM/KA/RERA/1257/334/PR/171021/000437.
The Mangaluru City Corporation issued the occupancy certificate on 10 February 2023. The plans were approved by the Mangaluru Urban Development Authority. Resale buyers should ask for the sale deed, the occupancy certificate and a recent encumbrance certificate.

Prestige Valley Crest is complete, and both towers received their occupancy certificate in February 2023. Prestige Group now marks the project as sold out. Residents have moved in, and the clubhouse, pool and gardens are in use.
