The Alembic Cloud Forest RERA registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/250625/007869, granted by Karnataka RERA on 25 June 2025. The registered completion date is 31 October 2029, and handover is guided from December 2029 onwards. Alembic Urban Forest, the completed phase, has its own separate registration, so the number on the agreement should match the Cloud Forest tower being bought. The delay clause and the completion date in the draft sale agreement are worth reading closely.
