The NICE Road links the corridor to Electronic City and Hosur Road, and to Mysore Road in the west. Mallasandra is still developing, so larger schools, hospitals and malls are mostly towards Kanakapura Road and the older areas to the north.

RERA Registration and Possession
The Aparna Wonder Woods RERA registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/080626/008706, granted by Karnataka RERA in June 2026 to Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited. The registered completion date is 5 February 2031, in line with the possession guidance of February 2031 onwards. The project was launched in 2026, so construction is at an early stage. The quarterly reports are the best way to follow progress, and the delay clause in the sale agreement is worth reading closely on a timeline of this length.
About the Developer
Aparna Constructions is a Hyderabad-based developer with a long record of large residential communities in Telangana. Its group also runs a building materials business, which supplies many of the products used on its sites. Wonder Woods is one of its projects in Bangalore, so buyers may want to visit an Aparna project in either city to judge the build quality.
Checks Before Booking
A large new launch with a 2031 completion date needs careful paperwork. These are the checks that matter most:
- Match the RERA number, the promoter and the completion date on the Karnataka RERA portal
- Ask whether all five towers are covered by one registration or by phases
- Get the carpet area of the chosen unit in writing, next to the built-up area
- Ask for the unit-wise price and a full cost sheet with every charge on its own line
