Moonglade is planned at 2,400 homes, so expect a very big community with shared amenities and a long build. The project is marketed under both names, so ask which company holds the RERA registration and which one is responsible for construction. Ask each partner for its past deliveries and visit one if you can.

Check the Telangana RERA registration for the tower you choose and the completion date filed there. With a possession date several years out, ask for a construction-linked payment plan and read the delay-compensation clause. Get a written cost sheet listing parking, club fees, GST and registration.

The 3 and 4 BHK mix suits larger families and upgraders who are happy to wait until the end of the decade for a home in Kokapet. If you need to move sooner, look at completed projects instead.
