Legal Status of the Property

Approvals and Sanctions
The building plan is sanctioned by the Local Planning Authority under plan number MCGM/EB/3392/E/337, approved on 12 June 2015, with an FAR of 3.00 across 9,186 sq m of land. The phase is registered with MahaRERA. The land is held on clear title issued by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, and is owned outright by Godrej Properties Limited by sale, with no joint development agreement.
Home Loan Support
The sales team assists buyers with home loan guidance. With the phase RERA registered, banks can process sanction and disbursement against the registered project record.
Documentation
