At Beverly Woods, check the villa's plot size and the built-up area separately, as the two drive the price in different ways. Ask for the full cost sheet, covering the clubhouse, maintenance deposit and any charges for parking.

The two projects suit different buyers. Beverly Woods sells villas on 30 x 40, 30 x 50 and 40 x 60 plots, which suits families who want their own ground and garden. Centreo offers only 2 BHK apartments, a fit for couples or small families who want a Kanakapura Road address in a finished building. With both projects complete, you can compare them on a single weekend visit before you decide.
