The company was founded in 2013 and has its office in Sudhama Nagar in Bengaluru. It runs communities in several cities, and pairs housing with care services such as round-the-clock health support, meals and housekeeping. Primus Olympia has 112 homes inside the Gopalan Olympia township at Kumbalgodu. Primus Sangama Senior Residences on Mysore Road is larger, with 306 homes on 2.7 acres and possession from 2030.

Both projects are still under construction, so check each one's RERA registration and the completion date it carries. Senior homes need extra questions. Ask what the monthly service fee covers, who provides the medical support, and whether the fee can rise. Read the rules on resale and on who may live in the home, since some senior projects restrict both. Get the full cost sheet, including the deposit and any care charges.
