Buying from Silpa Infratech in Hyderabad means buying a plot to build your own villa. Their project on our pages is Silpa Botanica, a villa-plot layout in Pharma City. It is marked completed, with possession from June 2025 onwards, and listed prices start at about Rs. 98.6 Lakhs.

Botanica is a big layout, planned for 1,417 units. The developer is based in Hyderabad. Because the layout is finished, you can walk the site, check that roads, drains and power lines are in place, and see how many owners have already started building.

Plots need a different set of checks from flats. Confirm the layout approval and the RERA registration, and make sure your plot number appears on the approved plan. Ask for the title documents and an encumbrance certificate going back several years. Find out what the price covers, since development charges, clubhouse fees and registration are often added. Also ask whether there are rules on how high or how large you may build.

Botanica suits a buyer who wants land and control over the design of their home, and who can manage construction later. It also suits someone buying a plot to hold. If you want to move in quickly, a ready villa or flat will be easier, because building on a plot takes extra time and money.
