Rise is planned at 952 homes, with possession listed from December 2028. The company is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, and we hold no founding year for it. With no completed Tridasa project on our pages, you have little delivery history to go on, so the site visit and the paperwork carry more weight than usual.

Start with the RERA registration of the tower you want and the completion date it gives. Make sure the sale agreement uses that date and states the compensation if it slips.
