The developer has a long history, with 1994 as its founding year and Hyderabad, Telangana as its base. Its wider work includes villas and plots as well as flats, in areas such as Miyapur, Bowrampet and Banjara Hills, and some projects in Vijayawada. A long track record helps, but check the project in front of you. Read the RERA registration for your tower and match its completion date to your agreement.
