Ajmera Group

In Bangalore, buying from Ajmera Group almost always means an apartment in Electronic City. Nearly every Ajmera Group project on this page is there, the one exception being Ajmera Lugaano in Yelahanka in the north. The homes are mainly two- and three-bedroom flats, with a compact three-bedroom option in the newer towers and a one-bedroom unit at Lugaano.

The group is headquartered in Mumbai and traces its start to 1968, so Bangalore is one of several cities it builds in. Here its record is a mix of finished and current work. Ajmera Nucleus, Ajmera Annex and Ajmera Lugaano are marked completed, with handovers around 2020. Ajmera Stone Park is listed as ready to move in. Ajmera IRIS Apartments and Ajmera Codename Electronic City are the newer projects, on a 4.7-acre parcel, with possession from late 2026 and late 2028.

Before booking, ask for the RERA registration of the tower you are buying in, and check whether the newer Electronic City launches are separate phases or one project under two names. The possession date on that RERA record is the one that binds the builder, so compare it with your agreement. Two older projects show a price on request, so insist on a written, all-inclusive cost sheet. A resale unit in a completed tower lets you check water supply, upkeep and the owners' association in person.

Where prices are listed, the current launches start at about Rs. 89 Lakhs and reach about Rs. 1 Crore. That suits a salaried buyer who wants a two- or three-bedroom home close to Electronic City. It also suits an investor looking for a rentable flat in the same area. If you need to move in soon, begin with Stone Park or the completed towers rather than the new launches.
