Location and Connectivity
Bileshivale is on the outer side of Hennur Road, where the road continues north as the Hennur-Bagalur Road towards the airport side of the city. Checks Before Booking
A long build makes the early checks more important. These steps are worth taking before paying a booking amount:
- Open the RERA entry and confirm that your tower and unit are part of the registered plan.
- Ask for the RERA carpet area of the exact unit, alongside the built-up size.
- Get a cost sheet with the band position, parking, deposits, GST, stamp duty and registration.
- Have a lawyer check the title, the land conversion order and an encumbrance certificate for Sy. No. 25/1.
- Read the draft agreement for sale for the milestone schedule and the delay clause.
- Drive Bileshivale Main Road and Hennur Road at peak hour on a weekday.
At handover, the occupancy certificate for the tower comes before the keys and the final payment. The registered sale deed and the khata transfer complete the purchase.
