With no completed Bricks & Milestones building in our records, you cannot judge the builder from a finished project yet. Check the Karnataka RERA registration of each project, read the quarterly progress filed there, and confirm that your agreement carries the same possession date. A 2030 handover also means planning for several years of rent alongside loan interest, so ask the bank about pre-EMI costs early.
