If you want a finished villa in north Bangalore rather than a flat still under construction, Citrus Ventures is worth a look. The Bengaluru builder dates its start to 2011, and its homes in our records are compact villa communities on Hennur Road and at Jakkur, already complete.

Citrus Polaris on Hennur Road was handed over in December 2018. It covers about 3 acres, offers 4 BHK villas, and is priced in our records from about Rs. 1.71 Crore.

Citrus Zen Garden at Jakkur followed in December 2019. It is slightly smaller, at about 2.25 acres, with 3 BHK villas from about Rs. 1.23 Crore.

Since these communities are complete, most sales here will be resale, so the checks shift from construction risk to title and condition. Ask for the occupancy certificate, the sale deed chain and the khata for the villa you like, and confirm there are no pending dues with the owners' association. Walk through the house in daylight, look at water supply and drainage, and ask neighbours how the builder handled snags after handover.

These homes suit families who want an independent house in the north without waiting years for possession, and who prefer a small community to a large township.
