Buying from DSR Group in Bangalore today means booking an apartment in Whitefield that is still being built. DSR Evoq is the project on our books, so your decision rests on that site, its layouts and its timeline.

DSR traces its start to 1988 and has its base in Bengaluru. Beyond this city it is active in Hyderabad, Chennai, Vijayawada and Nellore, and puts up offices and shops as well as homes. The builder reports a long list of finished projects, but none of them appears in our Bangalore records, so ask for addresses you can visit.

DSR Evoq covers about 7.8 acres and plans 725 homes. Layouts run from 2 BHK to 3 BHK, with two- and three-bathroom versions of the 3 BHK, up to a 4 BHK. Prices in our records start at about Rs. 1.46 Crore, and possession is listed from December 2029.

With a handover that far off, your checks matter. Note the Karnataka RERA number, read the quarterly progress filed there, and make sure your agreement carries the same possession date. Ask how the payment plan is linked to construction stages, and budget for rent alongside loan interest until you move in. A cost sheet should list parking, club, GST and maintenance deposits separately.

The 2 and 3 BHK homes suit young families working in and around Whitefield, while the 4 BHK suits buyers moving up who are happy to wait for possession. Whitefield has plenty of competing launches, so compare carpet area, tower density and price per square foot with nearby projects before you sign. A visit to the site office and the sample flat will help you judge the layouts in person.
