Its statutory approvals are in place and all phases are RERA registered, with the current status set out below.
Legal Status of the Property
The 100-acre Greater Noida land parcel has been secured by Godrej Properties, confirmed through a regulatory filing in October 2016. The project has clear legal standing, with UP RERA registration granted under UPRERAPRJ16697, UPRERAPRJ16712, and UPRERAPRJ2373.
Approvals and Sanctions
The building plan is sanctioned by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority under plan number 3459/vol-2/253, approved on 13 January 2017, with an approved master layout across 404,685 sq m of land. Phases are registered with UP RERA. The land is held on leasehold deed issued by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, and is developed jointly by Godrej Properties Limited with AR Landcraft LLP under a joint development agreement.
Home Loan Support
The sales team assists buyers with home loan guidance. With phases RERA registered, banks can process sanction and disbursement against the registered project record.
Documentation
