Legal Status of the Property
The 6.18-acre Noida land parcel has been secured by Godrej Properties, confirmed through a regulatory filing in April 2024. The project has clear legal standing, with Uttar Pradesh RERA registration granted in April 2024 under UPRERAPRJ288309.
Approvals and Sanctions
The building plan is sanctioned by the Noida Authority under plan number 2023/03/28/8690, approved in March 2024, across 25,000 sq m of land. The project is registered with Uttar Pradesh RERA. The land is held under clear leasehold rights issued by the Noida Development Authority, and is owned and developed directly by Godrej Properties Limited.
