Legal Status of the Property
The 7.5-acre Mahalunge land parcel has been secured by Godrej Properties, confirmed through a regulatory filing in March 2021. The project has clear legal standing, with Maharashtra RERA registration granted on 15 October 2021 under P52100031791 and P52100031794.
Approvals and Sanctions
The building plan is sanctioned by the Local Planning Authority under plan number PMRDA/TP/CC/102/2021-22/850, approved on 28 August 2021, with an FAR of 2.10 across 30,351 sq m of land. Both phases are registered with Maharashtra RERA. The land is held on clear title issued by the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority, and is owned outright by Godrej Properties Limited by sale, with no joint development agreement.
Home Loan Support
The sales team assists buyers with home loan guidance. With both phases RERA registered, banks can process sanction and disbursement against the registered project record.
Documentation
Buyers receive the project documents at the appropriate stages, from the sale agreement at booking to the registration documents on handover. The approved plan and both RERA registrations are on public record and can be verified on the MahaRERA portal.
Construction Status
Godrej Meadows 2 Construction Status Officially RERA registered across both phases following its launch on 11 November 2021, construction commenced on 15 December 2021 in line with the RERA schedule for foundation work across the 3.5-acre land parcel owned outright by Godrej Properties.
