Site Mobilization & Contractor Onboarding: Godrej Properties' in-house backward-integrated construction division mobilizing precast yard activation, formwork inventory, and on-site labour quarters — carrying forward the March 2019 land-levelling and access-road grading visible in the site photos below.
Sales Experience Centre & Sample Block Setup: On-site experience centre and sample-display area were operational for the 25 July 2019 Pre-Launch and 01 August 2019 Grand Allotment buyer visits.
