Buying from Golden Gate Properties in Bangalore mostly means buying something already built. Their listed work is spread widely: apartments on Sarjapura Road, Kanakapura Road and in Nagavara, villas in Attibele, and plotted land on Mysore Road and Doddaballapura Road. Only one of those, a plotted layout, is still being developed.

The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Bengaluru, with work in Hyderabad as well. Golden Days and Golden Serenity Towers on Sarjapura Road were completed in 2019 and 2018. Golden Panorama on Kanakapura Road followed in June 2018, with plans from 1 BHK up to 4 BHK. Golden Homes III in Attibele offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK villas on about 17 acres. Golden Ira, on about 48 acres off Doddaballapura Road, is the ongoing plotted project.

Most prices are given on request, so ask for a written quote and a full cost sheet before you visit. For the finished apartments, ask for the occupancy certificate and the RERA record, and check the state of the common areas. For Golden Ira, confirm the RERA registration, the approved layout plan and the land conversion order. Ask when roads, drains and power lines in the layout will be ready.

The one published price, about Rs. 42.99 Lakhs at Golden Days, suggests an entry point for first-time buyers. The villas suit families who want an independent home at the southern edge of the city. The plots suit buyers who plan to build later.
