Graviti Living Space

Graviti Living Space brings one new launch to Bangalore: Graviti Hanging Gardens on Airport Road. It is an apartment project of 172 homes on about 3.88 acres. The plans are 3 BHK with three bathrooms and 4 BHK with four, and prices start from about Rs. 1.99 Crore.

The developer is headquartered in Hyderabad, and this is the only Bangalore project we have on record for them. Possession is shown from 2030 onwards, so you would be buying several years ahead of move-in. With no completed Bangalore work to visit, ask to see a finished project of theirs in Hyderabad, or talk to buyers there.

For a new launch, start with the RERA registration and check the filed completion date on the state portal. Ask for the approved building plan and the land title report. Read the payment plan closely and prefer one linked to construction stages. Ask for a cost sheet that shows parking, club charges, maintenance deposit and GST, so the headline price does not grow later. Confirm the penalty the builder pays if handover runs late.

Large plans with a bathroom for every bedroom suit bigger families and buyers moving up from a smaller flat. Buyers who fly often may like the Airport Road address. If you need a home within the next year or two, this timeline will not fit.
