Buying from MJR Builders in Bangalore means choosing between two parts of the city and three kinds of purchase. On Sarjapura Road there are MJR Divine Meadows, an apartment community, and MJR Opus Plots, a plotted layout. In the north, MJR North Park in Bagalur is an apartment project still under construction. The mix gives you a finished plot, a large apartment or a compact home.

The record on our pages leans towards finished work. Opus Plots is complete, with 171 plots on about 25 acres and handover from August 2024. Divine Meadows is marked completed, with 137 homes on about 15 acres. North Park is ongoing: 354 homes on about 2.25 acres, with possession from December 2028. One detail matters here: the company's web address now leads to Genurise Builders in HSR Layout, which points to a change of name.

Because of that change, check which legal entity appears on the RERA registration, the sale agreement and the receipts before you pay. For North Park, compare the RERA completion date with the brochure and ask how construction is progressing. For Divine Meadows, ask for the occupancy certificate. For Opus Plots, confirm the layout approval and the khata for your plot. Ask for a written cost sheet on each, with parking and statutory charges shown.

The price spread is wide. Opus plots start at about Rs. 79.6 Lakhs and North Park at about Rs. 84.9 Lakhs, where plans range from studios to 4 BHK. Divine Meadows is listed from about Rs. 2.75 Crore for 3+1 to 4+1 BHK homes. North Park suits first-time buyers and investors eyeing a studio or 2 BHK. Divine Meadows fits a family wanting a large home, and Opus suits someone who wants to build on their own land.
