Buying from Nandi Housing in Bangalore means buying on Bannerghatta Road, where both of its projects on our listings are located. Nandi Citadel and Nandi Meraki are apartment communities, and both are marked completed. That makes Nandi a builder you can judge by walking through finished homes rather than reading plans.

The company goes back to 1981 and works from Bengaluru, so it has a long local record. Citadel is the older and larger of the two, with 831 homes on about 12.8 acres, handed over in December 2020. Meraki followed with 448 homes on about 8 acres and handover from December 2025. Both focus on compact and mid-sized apartments rather than villas or plots. Having two finished communities on the same road also lets you compare how an older Nandi building has aged against a newer one.

Because both projects are complete, ask for the occupancy certificate and the RERA registration before you pay. At Meraki, where handover is recent, check whether snag work has been closed and whether the residents' association has taken over. At Citadel, a resale is more likely, so trace the title back to the first buyer and check for loans against the flat. Ask for the cost sheet in writing, including parking and maintenance deposits.

The price range is one of the lower ones on Bannerghatta Road. Citadel is listed from about Rs. 35 Lakhs, with homes from studios to 3 BHK. Meraki starts near Rs. 94.25 Lakhs for 1 BHK to 3 BHK homes, with 2.5 BHK plans in between. Studios and 1 BHK flats suit single buyers and investors looking at rental demand. The 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes suit young families who want to move in now in south Bangalore.
