Buying from NJC Avenues in Hyderabad right now means buying into The Line, an apartment community under construction in Kokapet. A community that large is usually delivered in phases, so ask which tower you are being offered and when that tower is due.

Before you book, look up the RERA registration for your exact phase and compare its completion date with the date in your agreement. Because this is an off-plan purchase, tie your payments to construction stages rather than to calendar dates. Ask for a written cost sheet that splits the base price from parking, club charges, the maintenance deposit, GST and registration.
