Buying from Ozone Group in Bangalore today mostly means buying into a finished apartment community. Ozone Urbana and Ozone Urbana Prime are in Devanahalli, Ozone Promenade is in Whitefield, and Ozone Polestar is near Manyata Tech Park. All four are marked completed on our listings. The one ongoing project is a plotted layout on Sarjapura Road.

The group is based in Bengaluru and builds homes as well as offices, retail and hospitality projects. Its local housing record goes back some years. Urbana, a large township on about 170 acres, was handed over in March 2016. Promenade followed in December 2019, Polestar in December 2021 and Urbana Prime in December 2022. That gives you several finished communities to visit before you buy, and a chance to see how each has been kept up since handover.

With completed homes, the key papers are the occupancy certificate and a clean title chain, especially for resales. In a township the size of Urbana, meet the residents' association and ask about maintenance charges and water supply. For the Sarjapura Road plots, ask for the RERA registration, the approved layout plan and the expected completion date, which our records do not yet show. Get a written cost sheet with parking and statutory charges on every purchase.

Ozone prices start low for Bangalore. Urbana Prime starts at about Rs. 35 Lakhs for 1 BHK and 2 BHK homes, and Urbana at about Rs. 46.75 Lakhs for 2 BHK to 4 BHK. Promenade in Whitefield is listed from about Rs. 98.29 Lakhs, and Polestar is priced on request. The Sarjapura Road plots start near Rs. 30 Lakhs. Devanahalli suits first-time buyers and investors, while Whitefield suits buyers working in the east of the city.
