Prestige Mayflower is a new launch apartment project by Prestige Group in Indirapuram, Delhi NCR, placed at the main entrance of The Prestige City on NH-24. The parcel covers 6.63 acres and holds 620 homes in four towers of 41 floors. A 33,000 sq ft clubhouse is reserved for Mayflower residents alone.
The four towers are grouped into two clusters, Fern and Gulmohar. Each floor carries just four homes, so every apartment shares a single wall with a neighbour. Homes range from 3 and 4 BHK apartments with a home office to garden duplexes at the base and Sky Mansions on the top floors.

The registered land covers Khasra Nos. 10 (part), 11, 12, 14, 22 (part) and 30 to 33 (part) of Akbarpur and Behrampur, and Khasra Nos. 164 to 166 of Mirzapur. Prestige Mayflower Construction Status
Prestige Mayflower construction status is new launch as of October 2026, about 15 months after its UP-RERA registration in July 2025. Completion is due by 13 November 2029, and the occupancy certificate will follow. We will share site progress for the towers as work moves up.
