Buying from Sri Sreenivasa Developers in Hyderabad, as listed here, means buying in Kokapet at the premium end. Both projects on this page are there: Fortune Sonthalia Sky Villas, with 4 BHK sky villas, and SSI Fortune Grande, with large apartments that each include a maid's room.

The two projects show different stages. Fortune Sonthalia Sky Villas is marked ready to move, with possession listed from September 2026 and 232 homes planned. SSI Fortune Grande is still under construction, with 1,326 homes and possession from December 2029. The developer is based in Hyderabad, Telangana; we hold no founding year.

Check each project on its own terms. For the ready sky villas, ask for the occupancy certificate and see the finished home you are buying, not a sample flat. For Fortune Grande, read the RERA record for your tower, match its completion date to your agreement, and tie payments to construction. In both cases ask for a written cost sheet that lists parking, club, deposits and GST.

Fortune Grande starts at about Rs. 3.30 Crore for 3.5 and 4 BHK homes, and the sky villas from about Rs. 5.31 Crore. These suit established families upgrading to a larger home in Kokapet. The ready option fits a buyer who wants to move soon; the ongoing one fits a buyer who can wait.
