iWA is a sizeable build, planned at 909 homes, and possession is listed from 2028. We hold no founding year, head office or completed project for this developer. That means you cannot yet inspect a finished SRIAS building through us, so ask the sales team where their earlier handovers are and visit one.

For a home still being built, start with the RERA registration of the specific tower and the completion date it states. Check that your agreement uses the same date and spells out compensation for delay. Ask for a cost sheet that separates the base price from parking, club, maintenance and taxes, and link your payments to construction stages.
