Stagename Rhapsody at Eden is sold out, and the developer has no plots left to sell. Resale plots come up from time to time as owners sell.

A resale price depends on the plot size and shape, its facing, whether it is a corner or park-facing plot, and how close it is to the clubhouse. A plot with a house already built on it is priced on the condition and age of that house as well. Ask us about resale plots in the layout and we will share what is available.

The layout plan was approved by BIAAPA on 12 April 2022 under LAO/86/2021-22, and the final layout approval followed on 26 December 2023. Phase 1, Codename Rhythm of North, has its own registration, PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/190722/002715. Both numbers can be checked on the Karnataka RERA portal.

Stagename Rhapsody at Eden construction status is completed as of October 2026. Work began in April 2022, and BIAAPA issued the final layout approval on 26 December 2023. The promoter applied to Karnataka RERA for completion on 31 May 2024.
