Since nothing here is finished yet, check the paperwork closely. Confirm the RERA registration and completion date for each project, and ask for the approved layout plan. Villa designs with names rather than sizes need a clear floor plan and carpet area in writing. Ask for a cost sheet that lists parking, club charges and GST apart from the base price.

Belgravia starts near Rs. 1.21 Crore and suits families moving up from a flat. Victoria Villas, from about Rs. 1.56 Crore, and Villamor, from about Rs. 2.42 Crore, suit buyers who want more space and some private outdoor area.
