Suraksha Group has two apartment projects for you to consider in Bangalore, both in the south of the city. Suraksha Whispering Waves is on Begur Road, and Courtyard by Vedant Suraksha is in Gottigere. Each is a mid-sized community of under 300 homes on a site of about 4 to 4.5 acres.

The developer is headquartered in Mumbai. In Bangalore, both of its projects are still being built. Courtyard by Vedant Suraksha lists possession from December 2029, and Whispering Waves from December 2030. You are therefore buying on plan, several years ahead of handover.

That makes the paperwork your main safeguard. Confirm the RERA registration and completion date for each project, and check who the promoter is on the RERA record, since the Gottigere project carries a second name. Ask for carpet area per unit, the approved plan and a cost sheet that shows parking, club fees and GST apart from the base price.

Whispering Waves, from about Rs. 1.37 Crore, offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes and suits families at different stages. Courtyard, from about Rs. 1.94 Crore, is limited to 3 BHK flats and suits buyers who have settled on that size.
