Team4 Lifespaces

If you want a large apartment with room for help and a home office, Team4 Lifespaces in Hyderabad builds for that brief. Team4 Arka in Manikonda is the project we list, with 3 BHK homes, 3 BHK with a maid's room or study, and 4 BHK homes with a home theatre.

Team4 is a group of Hyderabad firms working together: Prosper, Yula Constructions, Marcoruos and Saini. Arka is under construction, with possession listed from 2029. We hold no unit count or founding year, and we list no completed Team4 project, so ask where the partner firms have delivered before and visit one of those sites.

With several partners behind one brand, find out which company is the promoter on the RERA record, as that is the party you contract with. Read the completion date on that record and match it to your agreement. Tie payments to construction stages, and ask for a cost sheet showing parking, club charges, deposits and GST.

Prices start at about Rs. 2.1 Crore. The plain 3 BHK suits a family moving up, while the layouts with a study, a maid's room or a home theatre fit buyers who want more space and can wait for a 2029 handover.
