The company says it has more than ten years in housing and about 10 lakh square feet built. Natures Harmony puts 335 homes on around 4.09 acres, with possession from December 2028. Start with the RERA registration and check that the completion date on it matches the one in your agreement. Ask whether the land is owned by the developer or held under a joint development agreement. Visit the site to see progress. Get a cost sheet with parking, club, deposits and GST shown separately, and make sure instalments follow construction stages rather than calendar dates.

Prices start at about Rs. 1.89 Crore. The compact 3 BHK suits couples planning for children, while the 3.5 BHK and luxury layouts fit families who need a study or room for parents. If you work in the south of the city and can wait until 2028, it belongs on your shortlist. Compare it with finished buildings on the same road if you need to move sooner, and weigh the rent you would pay while waiting. Check how long your commute will take at peak hours, too.
