No distances, travel times or named landmarks have been published, so treat every journey as something to measure yourself.

Do the drive to your office at 9 am on a weekday and again at 6 pm, since Sarjapur Road traffic changes the answer by the hour. Check the last stretch from the main road to the village, because the approach road decides whether school runs and deliveries are easy or a chore. Ask where the nearest bus stop is and how far the closest grocery, clinic and school are, because the developer has not listed any.

Retail spaces are planned inside the project, which should cover small daily errands once the shops are let. Until then, and for anything bigger, you will be driving. Budget for two cars if both adults work in different directions, and confirm how many parking bays come with each home.

Any layout images or renders are as planned by the developer until the blocks are built and the gardens planted.
