Buying from Anvita Group in Hyderabad right now means buying off-plan. Its listings here are apartment projects still under construction: Anvita High9 in Tellapur, with possession from November 2028, and Anvita Ivana Phase 2 in Kollur, from 2029 onwards. Each offers 2 and 3 BHK homes, with prices from about Rs. 99 Lakhs to Rs. 1.04 Crore.

Anvita has been building since 2005 and is based in Hyderabad. Alongside regular apartment complexes it has taken on tall towers and villa enclaves, and it cites finished work in Dubai. Ivana Phase 2 shows the scale it now works at, with 1,810 homes in a single phase. High9 in Tellapur gives you a second address to compare, at a slightly lower starting price. Since neither is finished, the best evidence of build quality is a completed Anvita project you can walk through yourself.

A phase of that size means many owners sharing amenities, so ask whether Ivana Phase 2 has its own clubhouse or shares facilities with an earlier phase. Check the Telangana RERA registration for each project and compare the filed completion date with the one in your agreement. Insist on a construction-linked payment plan and a full cost sheet covering parking, club fees, GST and registration.

With 2 and 3 BHK homes around the Rs. 1 Crore mark, these projects suit salaried families and upgraders who can wait until 2028 or 2029. The Tellapur and Kollur locations give you a choice of address at a similar budget. Buyers who need to move in sooner should look at completed stock instead. If you are renting now, add the rent you will pay until handover to the true cost of the flat.
