Buying from ARATT Developers in Bangalore means picking between the north-east and the south. Its projects are in Budigere Cross, Old Madras Road and Hennur Road on one side of the city, and in Electronic City on the other. Most ARATT Developers homes are two- and three-bedroom apartments. The one mixed community, ARATT Cityscapes, adds row houses and four-bedroom villas.

ARATT Alchemy Elixir in Electronic City and ARATT Avant Twilight at Budigere Cross are listed as ready to move. Aratt Alchemy Essence on Hennur Road and ARATT Ayatana Residences in Electronic City are still being built, with possession from 2029 and 2030. These are compact sites, mostly between 1.3 and 3 acres, with Cityscapes the exception at 11 acres.

Check the RERA registration of the exact project before you book, and match its completion date against your agreement. Avant Twilight is tagged ready to move but shows possession from October 2027, so confirm on site whether the occupancy certificate has been issued. On a small, dense site, look at how many homes share each lift and how much open space is left. Ask for a full cost sheet covering parking, club, maintenance deposit and GST.

Listed prices start at about Rs. 94 Lakhs at Alchemy One and go up to about Rs. 2.71 Crore at Ayatana Residences. The two-bedroom flats at Budigere Cross and Old Madras Road suit first-time buyers. The Electronic City homes suit families who want to live in the south of the city. Ayatana, with only three- and four-bedroom homes, is aimed at buyers with a larger budget.
